Central Florida’s Space Coast rental market was expanding fast when the Azara team approached J&J Creative. New multifamily development was flooding into Palm Bay, and Azara needed an identity that could command premium positioning in an increasingly crowded field.

The name “Azara” was developed to evoke warmth, sophistication, and a sense of place specific to coastal Central Florida. We paired it with a sun-drenched palette and modern typography designed to translate cleanly across every touchpoint — from the RentCafé website to the monument signs at the community entrance.

Azara Palm Bay now reads as a clearly premium option in the Space Coast rental market. The brand system is built to scale — supporting initial lease-up today and long-term occupancy marketing as the community matures.
